1. GENERAL INFORMATION + RULE:

1. Office hours / enquiry- 9.00am to 03.00pm.  During the holidays no office matters will

       be entertained.

2. D B JOTI, Dairy will be given in the first week of the class, and it must be brought to the institute on all the working days.
3. DB JOTI Trainees should have, honest & fare dealings in all matters.  They should be open & frank to the authorities of the institute.  Shy and timid ones must become  SMART.
4. Staff and Trainees are expected to take care of their personal belongings, valuables.  Institute will not be responsible for them.
5. DB JOTI  is a co-education institute for the adults, and so mutual respect, decent behavior, proper Etiquettes and good manners are to be maintained.
6. Don Bosco Joti is a Semi-English medium Training Institute: since the text books are in English, and the notes too will be given in English, the trainees will have to pick-up a good standard of English.
7. Specimen signature of parents or guardians should be followed till the end of the course and in the event of any change, it must be done with the understanding of the authorities of the institute, at the earliest.

2.Rules of Discipline:-

1.  STRICT DISCIPLENE WILL BE THE HALLMARK OF DON BOSCO & ANY           

     MISCONDUCT WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION  from the Institute. (If needed parents / guardians will be called)

2.  Parents or Guardians must be available, If they are called / invited.

3.  During class hours, no visitors (Not even the Parents / Guardians) and No telephone calls and early departure, etc. are permitted. (Incase of phone calls the message will be taken and given to the person).

4.  Mobile phones, camera, walkman, pocket radios or any other electronic items which are not in need of training in  DB JOTI are not permitted in the institute on class days.

5.  Stealing, Fighting, Teasing the opposite sex, improper friendship, or any similar ill-manners that are not in line with the good manners of  DON BOSCO JOTI,  is noticed in any trainee during the training period over here, then that trainee will have to discontinue from this institute / may be suspended.

6.  Any trainee who may be found in the institute campus, having Alcoholic-material, Drug item,Smoking item, Pan, Supari, Churpy, Chewing gum, and so on anything that is not matching with the Decorum of this Don Bosco Joti, will be suspended, or heavily fined without any discussion or warning to the trainee or even to the parents/ guardians.

7.  Trainees who may not follow the instructions of the institute’s Authorities, may be given 3 times warning, and if no improvement / change for good in the behavior, then that trainee will be dismissed without any more discussion or notice.
